Bay City Builders completed a full waterfront construction project for the Heidami property, including a new seawall, dock, and covered boathouse. Each feature was designed to improve access to the water while creating a durable and functional space for boating and everyday waterfront living.

The seawall provides added protection along the shoreline, while the dock creates a convenient walkway from the property to the water. The covered boathouse offers a protected place to store the homeowner’s boat, with surrounding deck space for easy access and maintenance.

Built with long-term use in mind, the completed project brings together shoreline protection, boat storage, and waterfront accessibility in one clean and practical design.
